How does the package forwarding service work?
We provide you with an Indonesian address to use when shopping online. Once your packages arrive in our warehouse then we consolidate, repack if needed and shipped to your international address.
What is your service fee?
Our service fee are flat only $10 per single shipment, regardless the number of items you've stored in our warehouse. This covers our receiving, consolidation, repackaging and documentation services. You only pay for actual international shipping cost.
How long can I store my packages?
We offer free storage for up to 30 days. After this period, storage fees $5 per week will apply. We'll notify you before any charges are incurred, giving you time to arrange shipping schedules.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by destination country and shipping method. Typically, packages arrive within 7-12 business days for most international destination. We provide tracking information for all shipments so you can monitor your package progress.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 45 countries including United State, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, Singapore and many more. Some restrictions may apply to certain countries due to customs regulations.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your consolidated package and destination country. You'll receive a detailed shipping quote before payment.
